What happens to my data if I cancel?
Nothing. Your data is yours. You can export everything as JSON at any time, and your account drops back to the Free tier — no deletion, no lock-out.
Where is my data stored?
Your data is stored on PenguinRidge servers in the EU. We never sell, share, or analyse your personal data. You can export everything as JSON at any time.
How does annual billing work?
Annual plans are charged once per year at £67 — that's equivalent to paying for 10 months and getting 2 free. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the billing period.
